Trappe Volunteer Fire Company, Inc.
The Trappe Volunteer Fire Company was founded in 1935 with
just one fire engine. Today the department is equipped with
3 fire engines, 1 rescue truck, 1 tanker, 1 brush truck, 1
Chief's vehicle, and 1 ambulance, all stocked with equipment
for emergency calls.
A County Medic Unit with Advanced Life Support providers is
being housed at the Trappe fire station, 24 hours a day, 7
days a week. This allows advanced life support services to
be quickly available to the members of our community.
