One of the duties of the Trappe Ethics Commission is to process and make determinations as to complaints filed by any person alleging violations of the Ethics Code. When an ethics violation is suspected, a written complaint may be filed with the chairman of the Trappe Ethics Commission. Before filing a complaint, one should review the provisions of Article 18 of the Trappe Town Code to determine if the issue in question constitutes an ethics violation.
