Planning Commission Meeting Minutes
February 16, 2005
7:30 pm.
Trappe Town Hall
The regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting was opened
by Chairperson Edgar Harrison at 7:34 p.m. Planning Commission
members present were Mr. Bobby Quidas, Mr. Jerry Adams, Mr.
Don English, and Mr. Don Haring. Mr. Harrison asked for
motion to approve the minutes. Mr. Adams stated that he would
like to make a correction in the January minutes again.
Mr. Adams would like to have the statement corrected, stating
that since it had been more like a deli and carry out sub
shop than a restaurant before, he felt that what was now
being proposed would generate more traffic and would cause a
parking problem. Mr. Adams would like for this statement to

problem. Motion was made by Mr. Adams to approve the
minutes as amended. Motion was seconded by Mr. Haring. All
were in favor.

No Old Business.
NEW BUSINESS:
Highway Commercial Mixed-Use - Floating Zone:
Mr. Harrison asked the Council if they would like to review
or go to workshop. The Board members agreed to go into
workshop.
Announcements:
- February 19th - Trappe Fire Company Dinner at 5:00
p.m. until. $8.00 per person - Meatloaf.
- February 21st - Town Office will be closed for
Presidents Day.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:38 p.m.
