Planning Commission Meeting Minutes
October 20, 2004
7:30 pm.
Trappe Town Hall
The regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting was opened
by Chairperson Edgar Harrison and called to order at 7:37 p.m.
Planning Commission members present were Mr. Don English, Mr.
Don Haring, and Mr. Jerry Adams Chairperson Harrison asked for
motion to approve the minutes. Motion was made by Mr. English
to approve the minutes as presented. Motion was seconded by
Mr. Haring.

NEW BUSINESS:
Commercial Design Standards:
Chairperson Harrison said that tonight we will review the
high points of the Commercial Design Standards. The Board
then went into a work session for open discussion of the draft.

Dev. 6:00 p.m. Fire House
- Oct. 29, 2004 - Special Trash Pickup
- Oct. 30, 2004 - Halloween Trick or Treat 5:00 to
8:00 p.m.
- Oct. 30, 2004 - Trappe Fire House Halloween Party
- Nov. 02, 2004 - Town Office will be closed for
Presidential Election
The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
