RURAL LIFE MUSEUM OF TRAPPE, INC OPEN HOUSE & RIBBON CUTTING
On Saturday, June 13, 2009, the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce celebrated a Ribbon Cutting ceremony welcoming the Rural Life Museum as a new member. Pictured are Robert H. Croswell (Trappe Commissioner), Robert Willey (Mayor of Easton), Libby Slaughter (Rural Life Museum), Richard A. Dorbin (Trappe Commissioner), Julie Libby (Rural Life Museum), Walter Chase (Trappe Commissioner), Charles B. Adams (Rural Life Museum), Al Silverstein (Talbot County Chamber of Commerce), Donald Brown (Rural Life Museum), Mary Rae Adams, Mary Ann Wood, Cynthia Groves (former resident of Defender House), and Scott G. NOTICE: One vacancy exists on the Trappe Planning Commission, and two seats on the Trappe Ethics Committee are up for reappointment. Qualified residents interested in serving should submit a letter of interest to the Town Clerk at PO Box 162, Trappe, MD 21673-0162 as soon as possible.
